Our Story
In 2021, we took the leap of purchasing and operating our first short-term rental here in Boise, Idaho. Today, we own and operate multiple short-term rentals across the Treasure Valley, managing them with the same care and discipline we bring to our own investments.
Before settling in the Treasure Valley in 2020, we were avid travelers. On the road together for a decade in a band, we developed a passion for finding adventures in new places and experiencing the culture of each city. We learned that the only way to see a place for what it truly is is to connect with the locals and live as they live.

We're not remote managers clicking buttons from across the country. We're local investors who walk our properties regularly, know our vendors personally, and stay deeply connected to the Treasure Valley market.
Every system we use, every vendor we recommend, and every strategy we implement has been proven in our own portfolio first. We don't ask you to trust something we haven't already tested with our own money.
We're selective about the properties we take on because our reputation is tied to every home we manage. We selectively choose to partner with owners and properties that align with our standards for quality and guest experience.
Why Boise?
When we moved to the Boise area in 2020, we were starting over—California kids looking for the best place to raise our new family and slow life down. The relocation came with a lot of newness but also a lot of charm: experiencing the colors of a Boise fall with pumpkin patches and hot coffee on a brisk morning, finding new winter activities for the kids, and enjoying the bliss of a warm summer by the river.
We absolutely fell in love with Boise and what it has to offer. It has become our city, our community is here. As locals, we love sharing the best parts of our city with visitors that enter our homes.
